Life in Germany can be very different than in the U.S., and often it’s the little things that make the big difference.
With PCS season now underway for thousands of Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors and Marines, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service is making it easier than ever for military families to plan the big move.
The Exchange offers a variety of shopping and services for the Stuttgart military community.
Service members and their families who shopped and dined at AAFES generated $1,434,899 last year for local military quality-of-life programs.
Did you know: For every dollar earned, historically 67 cents comes back to the military community?
“When service members shop or dine at the Exchange, they are investing in their own communities.”
Anakonda 16, which is part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, is a large-scale military exercise involving troops from 24 countries to test readiness and interoperability.
The initiative lets the Exchange offer U.S. meat at U.S. prices, a benefit that had been unavailable in the area since 2013.
