Some services around the garrison staffed largely by local national professionals will be closed on these days, as well as many off-post services. The garrison will conduct testing of its “Giant Voice” Mass Warning Notification System on Patch and Kelley Barracks on Friday, May 3. Loudspeakers will play various tones and test messages in order to ensure the functionality of the system.Read More
