Patch CMR going paperless

Evan Mott at Patch Postal Services.

Beginning May 15, the Patch CMR will go paperless using email notifications instead.

Customers will receive an e-mail letting them know they have a package available for pick-up or that something has been delivered directly to their mailbox. Customers simply show their DoD CAC or dependent ID card at the package delivery window to pick up the larger packages that don’t fit in mailboxes.  The Postal Team will scan the card, allowing them to retrieve the package. There will be no more paper slips.

Customers will receive an email letting them know the package was picked up.

It is highly encouraged that customers verify their contact e-mail and EDIPI/DOD ID number for themselves and family members with the Community Mail Room personnel as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please visit the Community Mail Room for further details.
