Service Impacts on Friday, Sept. 16
Many garrison-operated front door services will close at noon (12 p.m.) on Friday, Sept. 16 in support of the Swabian-American Biergarten and associated activities.
Postal facilities (Army Post Offices and Community Mail Rooms) will be closed all day Friday.
Services maintaining normal hours of operation on Friday include, but are not limited to, Child & Youth Services facilities, Vehicle Registration, the Panzer ID card office, DBIDS office, Army Community Service, VAT/UTAP office, and hotels.
Access to fitness centers will be available through unmanned access only starting at noon on Friday and all day Saturday.
The Army Housing Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
MWR Tours, Outdoor Recreation, Patch Arts & Crafts, and the Patch Library will close at noon, while the Stuttgart Theater Center will be closed all day. The Java Café at Patch will close at 2 p.m. Other MWR facilities will have regular hours of operation.
Non-garrison services such as the Exchange (including PX, Express, and food court locations) and Commissaries are unaffected and will operate on their normal hours.
Duty buses will also continue to operate.
Service Impacts on Saturday, Sept. 17
Fitness Centers will be available through unmanned access only.
The following services will be closed:

- Kelley Wood Shop
- Stuttgart Theatre Center
