The road to the Super Bowl goes through Stuttgart

U.S. Army Garrison Stutt-gart’s Family and MWR will send two lucky people on an all-expenses paid trip to Super Bowl XLIX in Phoenix, Ariz.

From Sept. 1 through Dec. 29, patrons will earn a Super Bowl scratch-off card for every $5 they spend at the Galaxy Bowling and Entertainment Center, Kelley Club, Patch Gardens, Patch Community Center or RB Club.  

With the scratch card, patrons can win up to $48,000 worth of prizes including flat
screen TVs, video game sys-tems, cameras, grills, gift cards, Edelweiss Lodge and Resort getaways, National Football League gear, coolers, T-shirts or the chance to enter the grand prize drawing for the Super Bowl package.

“This promotion is our chance to give back to the community,” said Andrea Stauffer,the Stuttgart Family and MWR marketing chief. “We want people to check out our clubs, enjoy some food and social time with friends, and possibly win big at the same time.”

To kick off the promotion and the NFL season, the Patch Community Club will host a football tailgate party Sept. 7 from 5-7 p.m. with games and activities for all ages, food and beverages for purchase, and prizes.

The winner of the chili cook-off will take home a gas grill. To be eligible, participants must sign up by Sept. 2 at the Patch Community Club. 

Following the tailgate party, adults are invited to watch the games at 7 p.m. in the Backlot Bar and ballroom.
