When he and his family joined the Stuttgart military community in July
2009, they were immediately “overcome” with bills, such as paying
up-front for a hotel stay and renting a car while house hunting.

every chance you get.

Marty Smith, manager and coach of the Stuttgart Stallion running team,
had one goal in mind for the U.S. Forces Europe Army 10-Miler.
