Registration extensions and ESSO cards

The U.S. Army Europe Registry of Motor Vehicles has extended registrations scheduled to expire between September 1 and 16, including associated ESSO cards.  Since new license plate stickers will not be issued, this memorandum should be carried in the vehicles of those individuals who have had their registrations extended. Note that the memo does not cover those that who registrations that expired before the September 1, and that temporary registrations are not recognized outside of Germany.
