Beginning Monday, Dec. 17 the Panzer back gate near the commissary won’t be opened for morning and afternoon traffic for the duration of the DODEA winter recess. It will reopen when school resumes Jan. 2.
As a reminder for future planning, the Panzer back gate is only open on DODEA school days. The gate will be closed if school is not in session, even if it isn’t a training or federal holiday.
Lastly, the gate is still scheduled to be open for evening traffic from 4:30–6 p.m. on duty days for outbound traffic based upon the availability of MP patrols; emergency calls may delay or prevent the opening of the gate.
