The suspense date for personnel requiring special issuance (no fee or official) passports to obtain them has been extended to September 30, 2022. Affected personnel include DoD Civilians and their dependents, as well as military dependents, of all ages.
If you still need one, make an appointment with the passport office as soon as possible.
