The U.S. Army Garrison Housing Services Office has a new contractor for off-post housing. Pervin Estates, LLC provides home finding and relocation service support in the Stuttgart area for eligible Department of Defense civilians and military personnel who have been issued a Certificate of Non-Availability (CNA) for on-base housing.
Pervin Estates services are located in the Housing Office in Building 2913 on Panzer Kaserne. People can contact them at DSN: 431-2318/3782/3484/3485 or civ. 07031-15-2318/3782/3484/3485. House hunters are highly encouraged to visit the office in-person for assistance.
