ASAP team spreads joy at front gates for a safer holiday

December is Drugged and Drunk Driving (3D) Prevention and Awareness month.

Army Substance Abuse Program along with other organizations braved the cold outside the main gates in the early morning this week, Dec. 10 to spread some cheer while working together to provide helpful tips to keep the community safe throughout this holiday season.

Representatives from the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart command team, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Patch Health Clinic (Behavioral Health), American Red Cross Stuttgart, Better Opportunities for Single Service Members (BOSS), United Service Organizations (USO), and the USAG Stuttgart Safety Office joined in to cover each installation within the USAG Stuttgart footprint handing out information on safe driving and partying responsibly.

Over 1,000 individuals were impacted because of this collaborative prevention effort. The USAG Stuttgart community has outstanding volunteers and organization partners willing to go the extra mile to take care of our community.
