Have you noticed an update on your incoming mail? Military Postal Service patrons previously receiving mail at Community Mail Room (CMR) addresses may have noticed updated address labels showing Postal Service Center (PSC). This new U.S. Postal Service address format was finalized in February.

Although CMR is no longer used, mail addressed to CMRs will continue to arrive through September 2026.

It is recommended that patrons update their outgoing mail to the new PSC address format as soon as possible to avoid any potential disruptions.

This includes:

  • Banking institutions
  • Credit card companies
  • Loan providers
  • Online retailers
  • Magazine and newspaper subscriptions
  • Any other vendors or services that send mail to your military address

Additionally, the Robinson APO/Finance Services (outgoing mail) will be closed until further notice due to a severe staffing shortage. The Robinson Community Mail Room/Postal Service Center (CMR/PSC) will remain open during this time. Customers wishing to ship outgoing mail or packages may visit APOs on Patch, Kelley, or Panzer.
