Flu shots are here!
Stuttgart Army Health Clinic staff will be at Kelley Theater, Thursday,
Sept. 30 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to kick off its 2021-2022 influenza
vaccination campaign.
Thursday’s session will be open to Active Duty service members, including
reservists on orders. Please bring your military ID card. If attending
while not in uniform, also please wear appropriate clothing with short sleeves.
Standard COVID-19 mitigation measures at the event location will be enforced.
As additional shipments of flu vaccine arrive in the coming weeks, the
clinic will make flu vaccine available to Family Members and civilians.

In order to expedite the process in getting your flu vaccine, please
complete the DHA Form 116 and bring it with you to the vaccination
site location.
