WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This program is for families that are recipients of the Free and Reduced Lunch program and for those that
would like to pay for this service through their AAFES lunch account.
WHAT WILL THE PROGRAM PROVIDE?
Breakfast and lunch “grab-and-go” will be available to families who sign up for the program. These are meals
prepared to be picked up by the student/family and then they must be taken away to eat off school grounds.
WHEN WILL IT OCCUR?
Pick up for the meals will be available between 0830 and 1100 AM each day. This applies to both breakfast and
lunch. If a family is using both services, they will “grab-and-go” both meals at the same time.
WHERE WILL IT OCCUR?
Please notify the locations as described below:
Example 1: If your child is a student of Patch Elementary School (on Panzer) and you live on Patch Barracks, you can send your lunch/breakfast request to Patch Middle at Meals.PAMS@dodea.edu.
Example 2: If you live near Panzer, but pickup at Robinson Barracks is more convenient, please send your meal request to Meals.ROBI@dodea.edu.
Example 3: If you have two children, one at Robinson Barracks Elementary and one at Stuttgart High, and you live at Robinson Barracks, you can order meals for both students to pick up at Robinson. Or, in case you work at Patch and decide to pick up the meals for your kids there, please send the request for pickup to Patch Middle.
Pick up will take place at centralized locations. The list of each location is below. On the left of the chart are the
pick-up locations. Meals are only for pick-up at the school. They must be eaten off of school grounds.
HOW DO I PAY AND NOTIFY THE SCHOOLS?
Participants must email the meals mailbox to receive the meals (see below). Sign up for meals can be done daily, or for a week at a time. The requests MUST be sent to the mailbox by 3:00 p.m. the school day PRIOR to pickup. For example, if you intend to start March 23 (Monday), you must send your email by 3:00 p.m. on March 20 (Friday). The request MUST include the student’s name, school they attend, and current grade level. Your pin number must be used at pick-up.
