All you need to know about Halloween 2026 at USAG Stuttgart

The spooky season is packed with chills, thrills, and all kinds of festive fun! We know you’re curious about trick-or-treating hours already, so without further ado here you go!

This year. official trick-or-treating hours on USAG installations will run from 5 to 7:30 p.m. As is tradition here at USAG Stuttgart, all candy collection at stairwell apartments is done at the bottom of the stairwells. Please do not enter stairwell buildings to knock on doors. There are no treats up there.

Additionally, installation access is required to attend all  on-post events. If you have visitors who require passes for installation access you must get them on the access roster or get them a pass before noon. on Oct. 31. No new visitor sign-ons will be allowed from noon- 8 p.m. on Oct. 31. No exceptions.

AFRICOM SFRG & SOCAF Annual Trunk-or-Treat
Oct. 21, 4-6 p.m.
Kelley Overflow Parking Lot (toward the back closer to the Commissary)
Kelley Barracks

Join the AFRICOM SFRG and SOCAF for their annual trunk-or-treat event on Kelley Barracks. There will be music, games and crafts for kids, food trucks, and prizes for the best decorated truck.

EUCOM Fall Festival
Oct. 22, 2-6 p.m.
Washington Square
Patch Barracks

This year, join EUCOM for a fall festival at Washington Square. There will be a costume parade, games, music and food. After the fall festival, head over to the Army Health Clinic’s parking lot for a trunk-or-treat.

Join the Army Health Clinic and Dental Clinic for an evening with costumes, candy and fun from 5-6:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 in the clinic’s parking lot on Patch Barracks. Open to the entire USAG Stuttgart military community.

Think you’ve seen a haunted house? Try an entire haunted kingdom. This Halloween, MWR invites you on a spine‑tingling journey into the heart of Romania to explore Bran Castle — the legendary home of Dracula. Take in breathtaking landscapes, enjoy daily guided tours, and uncover the medieval history woven through local villages, fortified churches, and the birthplace of Dracula himself.

Halloween Spook-tacular

Galaxy Bowling and Entertainment Center

Join the annual Halloween Spook-tacular at the Galaxy Bowling & Entertainment Center. You can expect a family friendly event and candy for all patrons! There will be door prizes all evening, Halloween trivia and $10 Cosmic Bowling (include shoe rental and two games per person). ShaWINGz will be open and serving all your favorite foods.

Before you head out for a night of trick-or-treating, swing by the Patch Fitness Center parking lot starting at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31.

The USO will hand out hot dogs, candy, and fun little trinkets to get your Halloween night started right. Grab a bite, snag some goodies, and say BOO to the USO before you head out to fill those candy bags!

On-Post Trick-or-Treating
Oct. 31, 5-7:30 p.m.
All installations

On-post trick-or-treating takes place in on-post housing areas from 5  to 7:30 p.m on Oct. 31. To ensure the night goes smoothly, here are the top two things you need to know:

  • Candy may only be given out at the bottom of the stairwells. If there is no station at the bottom of the stairwell, do not enter the building and begin knocking on doors.
  • No new visitor sign-ins will be authorized from noon-8 p.m. on Oct. 31 across all USAG Stuttgart installations. You may sign in escorted guests at any installation for up to 30 days prior to Oct. 31. Guests must be present with appropriate ID at the time of sign-in and can only enter the installations with the same DoD ID card holder sponsor listed on their installation access pass.
