STUTTGART – Garrison Commander Col. Jason Condrey and CSM Toese Tia led U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart Soldiers through a morning physical training session on August 25. The group completed exercises centered around the new Army Combat Fitness Test.

“The Commander and I like to come out and challenge ourselves and our junior guys in conditions where we have to adapt and overcome,” said Tia. “Even with COVID, we can still use protective gear to come together and get after it.”

Soldiers from the 554th Military Police Company and Headquarters and Headquarters Company accepted the command team’s challenge and performed superbly according to Tia.

Specialist Brian Morrow said the workout was tough but rewarding.

“Anytime Command Sergeant Major Tia comes out I know to expect three things,” said Morrow. “It’s going to be challenging, it’s going to be different, and I’m going to be tired by the end. But I always leave with feeling motivated and accomplished.”
