The VIOS (Visual Information Ordering Site) platform will officially sunset on October 1, 2025. As part of this transition, the Army Enterprise Service Management Portal (AESMP) will become the new system for submitting requests for Visual Information (VI), Tactical Army Posture Conferences (TAPC), and audiovisual equipment.
What This Means for Users
While VIOS is being phased out, users can still visit https://vios-europe.army.mil, which will automatically redirect to the AESMP platform. This ensures a smooth user experience during the transition period.
What’s Next?
Once all system procedures are finalized, the TSAE Visual Information Products and Services page will be updated to include a step-by-step guide for submitting requests through AESMP. This guide will help ensure users can continue to access the VI services they need with minimal disruption.
