Join us at the Swabian Special Event Center on Patch Barracks for a day dedicated to serving the needs of veterans living in the Stuttgart region on April 30, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event is designed to provide comprehensive support and answer your questions related to veterans’ affairs. It is hosted by the USAG Stuttgart Retirement Services Office in collaboration with the Pittsburgh VBA Regional Office

Morning Session: Claims Clinic (8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Start your day with our Claims Clinic, where VA representatives will be on hand to address specific queries regarding your claims and assist in navigating the VA claim process. Given the limited slots available, we strongly advise securing an appointment by April 25th to ensure a face-to-face consultation. Walk-ins are welcome, though a meeting with a VA representative cannot be guaranteed without a prior appointment. ⚠️ Please click here to schedule your appointment. ⚠️

Afternoon Session: Town hall (2 p.m. – 4 p.m.)
Our ‘town hall’ promises an engaging and interactive session, where you’ll have the opportunity to hear from and ask questions of experts from various entities including:

  • Pittsburgh VBA Regional Office
  • VA’s Medical Disability Examination Office
  • Foreign Medical Program
  • Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • Department of State
  • Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS)

This session is an excellent opportunity to have your pressing questions addressed by professionals well-versed in the intricacies of veterans’ benefits and services abroad.
