The Master Activities Calendar, or MAC, is now accessible for Common Access Card holders on the garrison’s official website.
The MAC is a vital part of the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart’s mission to better integrate services, events and information updates to all personnel within the garrison footprint.
The MAC is maintained by the USAG Stuttgart S-3/5/7 (formerly known as the Directorate of Plans, Training and Mobilization). It contains garrison specific briefings and events held on Patch, Kelley and Robinson Barracks, Panzer Kaserne, and the Stuttgart Army Airfield.
Each garrison directorate is responsible to update its events 24 months out from the respective event date, giving personnel the opportunity to know well in advance when activities are happening.
The calendar includes everything from youth activities, scheduled construction and maintenance projects throughout Stuttgart installations, and required garrison training sessions.
Following the migration to a new SharePoint server in May, the site is now easily accessible with read-only status to personnel across all commands in USAG Stuttgart using a CAC. It can be sorted by directorate, and it is printable too.
In addition to the MAC, the garrison SharePoint includes service appointment links for ID card and Passport services, vehicle inspection and registration renewal.
