U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart will conduct a full-scale exercise known as Stallion Shake to ensure readiness in all emergency functions, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., primarily on Robinson Barracks.
Stallion Shake has been previously held during the regular work week, but to prevent interruptions to normal operations and accommodate the community, this year’s exercise will be held on a Saturday.
Most of the exercise’s emergency response will take place at Robinson Barracks and residents should be prepared for delays when entering or exiting the base. Some parts of the base may be less accessible than normal, and there will be a significant presence of emergency personnel as well as loud noises.
Regular updates will be made on StuttgartCitizen.com, Facebook and MAPA.
