The U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, Frankfurt Office, will receive i-130 petitions until Oct. 31. Beginning Nov. 1, only active duty service members whose permanent duty station is on a U.S. military installation in Germany can file the I-130 for immediate relatives with the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt; all other petitioners in general should file with the Dallas lockbox.
