UPDATE, FEB. 9: Full services are once again available at the Patch ID Card office.

Information from Det 1, 786 Force Support Squadron
The Patch Barracks ID Card/DEERS office (Bldg. 2308, Rm 112) is currently unable to produce ID cards due to a hardware failure. CAC Pin Resets and DEERS record update services are still available.
Until the issue is resolved, visit the offices at Panzer Kaserne (Bldg. 2915, Rm 125; appointments available here: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/locator) or Kelly Barracks (Bldg. 3300, Rm 10) for ID card services.
Please plan accordingly, and we will provide an update when the hardware has been fixed. Thank you!
