APO services to resume on Kelley and Robinson Barracks next month

As of the first week of February, Army Post Offices on Kelley and Robinson Barracks are reopening. Stamp and money order sales will also resume across our installations with the exception of Robinson Barracks.
As a reminder, Army Post Offices (APOs) are for outgoing mail while Postal Service Centers (PSCs/formerly CMRs) are for mail pickup.

Our current postal hours as of the week beginning Feb. 2, 2026 will be:
Kelley APO: Wednesday & Friday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Kelley PSC: Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Panzer APO: Monday & Wednesday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Panzer PSC: Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Patch APO: Tuesday & Thursday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Patch PSC: Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Robinson APO: Thursday 1 p.m.-3:30 p.m. ( PREPAID PACKAGES ONLY, NO STAMP OR MONEY ORDER SALES)
Robinson PSC: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 2 p.m.-5:30 p.m. (Closed Thursdays)
