Robinson Barracks Housing residents may experience intermittent heating outages this weekend. This is due to a slow leak that is causing the heating system to shut off when pressure falls below a certain point.
Centerra, our base maintenance contractor, is currently troubleshooting the issue. EnBW, the local utility provider, will send a technical specialist for further examination on Monday.
If a resident experiences a heat or hot water outage, they should call in a Priority 1 Demand Maintenance Order (DMO) at +49 (0) 9641-70-596-6200. This helpdesk is available 24/7 and is also reachable via the ‘Maintenance’ menu of the USAG Stuttgart app.
If the outage lasts more than two hours after calling in the DMO, residents may stay in a hotel for the night and contact Housing the following business day for reimbursement.
