UPDATE, May 20, 2019: The Stuttgart moving companies currently have no capacity for new applications for through May 27 to ship HHG’s or UB. If you have previously requested your dates during this time frame, you are good. Remember, as soon as you get your PCS orders, you need to contact the transportation office.

As community personnel start to PCS out, it will be harder to schedule convenient household goods shipments. The week May 6-10 is already completely booked.
In addition to handling all German requirements in the Stuttgart area, Stuttgart moving companies are now getting overloaded with requests from our departing residents. The moving companies have no capacity for new applications to ship things until after May 10. If you previously requested your dates before May 6-10, you are okay.

as soon as you get your PCS orders.
