UPDATE, June 18: The USAG Stuttgart Directorate of Emergency Services has revised the closure of the Panzer Kaserne back gate.
The morning inbound opening ended on June 13, the last day of school. It was supposed to close after that evening for a week of repairs. Commuters are now advised that the back gate will remain open for evening outbound traffic, 4:30-6 p.m., until July 5. After that, the outbound gate will be closed for approximately two weeks for maintenance. It will resume evening exodus hours once the work is completed.
