Monday, May 25, 2026 is a U.S. federal holiday (Memorial Day). It is also the local holiday of Pfingstmontag (Whit Monday).
This means that most services around the garrison will be closed for the U.S. federal holiday. Additionally, most places on the economy which are usually closed on Sundays will also be closed on the holiday. This includes off-post grocery and retail stores.
The duty bus will not run due to the local holiday.
Commissaries will operate with adjusted holiday hours. Kelley Barracks and Panzer Kaserne will open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Patch Barracks will open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Panzer Main Exchange is open but some businesses will close or operate on adjusted hours. See the graphic below for details.
