The Army Post Office and Vehicle Registration/Inspection have announced expansions of services which had previously been reduced due to COVID.

Kelley Post Office reopens

The Kelley Barracks Army Post Office has reopened for service, opening to customers from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays. The facility had been closed for several weeks as part of COVID-related adjustments.

Army Post Offices at Panzer Kaserne and Patch Barracks are also open the same hours, with Panzer open Mondays and Wednesdays and Patch open Tuesdays and Thursdays. The APOs are not currently part of the Red, White, and Blue group shopping concept introduced by Col. Jason Condrey, garrison commander, on March 29.

Mailings are currently restricted to packages with prepaid postage and/or preprinted customs forms; click here to make sure your packages are in order before going to the post office.

Vehicle Registration and Inspection adds Tuesdays to schedule

Vehicle Registration and POV Inspection, operated by the USAG Stuttgart Directorate of Emergency Services and 405th Army Field Support Brigade, respectively, will now open additionally on Tuesdays, starting April 21. The services will work on an appointment-only basis on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, with the exception of German holidays for Vehicle Inspection.

Customers may make appointments on the Stuttgart Citizen appointments page or on the USAG Stuttgart Mobile App.
