October 16: As COVID cases are now spiking again, we must adjust our protocol to ensure we are protecting our staff and all of our clients, as well as prevent further spread in the community. This means we are reorganizing and shifting some things on our end. What does this mean for you?

– We are reverting back to *curbside service only*. This means that ALL interactions and transactions will be done at the window or in the parking lot. It’s cold outside, so please stay in your vehicles as you wish! We will also try to do as much as we can outside, as long as it is safe and reasonable for your pet and for all involved. (All feline patients must be brought in via carrier).

– Surgeries/dentals will be postponed again until further notice. You will contacted directly if you have a procedure scheduled.

– Please continue to comply with all social distancing protocols – masks, physical distancing, hand sanitizer as needed.

– You may use the restroom if needed, just ask at the window.
