Access to Physical Fitness Center (PFC) policy for youth

In order to ensure maximum safety for you and your child while at the gym, certain parts of the facility are either completely prohibited for your child or will only be accessible to them while being accompanied by their guardian. Please make sure to check out the list below for age restrictions and rules depending on the area within the facility.

  • Basketball Courts: Free to use for ages 10-18. Children 9 and under are allowed to use the basketball courts but only under the direct supervision of their guardian.
  • Racquetball Courts: Free to use for ages 10-18.  Children 9 and under are allowed to use the Racquetball courts but only under the direct supervision of their guardian.
  • Cardio Areas: Free to use for ages 13-18
  • Strength Areas: Free to use for ages 13-18
  • Sauna rooms: Free to use for ages 18 onwards.
  • Unmanned Access: Free to use for ages 18 onwards. Children from the ages 9-17 need to be under direct supervision of their guardian.

Note: All facility patrons 13 years old and older must show their identification card and should swipe in at the front counter during staffed operating hours.
