Residents have reported delays, missed appointments, and a lack of communication related to a new housing furnishings contract implemented this week.

The Army Housing Office is aware of the issues and is continuing to work with residents to mitigate these issues as best as possible. However, services remain greatly impacted.

Higher headquarters are in the process of holding the contractor accountable. Affected residents are asked to continue to contact the furnishings warehouse if they experience delayed or missed appointments.
