Housing is receiving an increased number of calls due to PCS season. For most efficient service, it is recommended that customers email the office at
usarmy.stuttgart.id-europe.mbx.dpw-hso@mail.mil.
Emails will be returned within two business days. Walk-in hours are from 8:00-11:30 a.m. daily (last sign in at 11:00). Priority is given to scheduled appointments during all other weekday afternoons.
Customers may select in-person or virtual appointments, scheduled through the USAG Stuttgart App or stuttgartcitizen.com/appointments.
