The USAG Stuttgart Directorate of Public Works says that the recording for the emergency service order may not be functioning properly.
For afterhours and non-duty day emergency service order requests, please call the Fire Control Dispatch Office at 0711-729-2085; that office will activate the required on-call technician to address the emergency work request.
Please ensure that when you call to have the building number, unit number and a good point of contact with a German contact number. Ensure that you get the service order number to assist with the tracking.
