The Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) has identified that the Enhanced Security Pedestrian Gates (ESPGs) are not accessible to some community members with DoD Dependent IDs.

As a result, all DoD Dependent ID cardholders who require access through one of our ESPGs and DO NOT already have fingerprints on file need to register their IDs at the Installation Access Control Office (IACO) at Panzer Kaserne Bldg. 2915 or the Visitor Control Center (VCC) Bldg. 3395 at Kelley Barracks.

If you already have fingerprints on file, or use a Common Access Card (CAC) at ESPGs, no action is required. However, if you are a Dependent ID card holder who regularly encounters problems getting through the booths, this step may help resolve the issue.

The Installation Access Control Office on Panzer Kaserne is located on the first floor of Bldg. 2915 and is open Mon.–Fri., 8 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Closed on U.S. Federal holidays)

The Visitor Control Center on Kelley Barracks does not close.
