The Central Issue Facility on Panzer Kaserne will close for transactions on Feb. 13 to 16 to transition to a new system.
From Feb. 2 to 12, all transactions will be conducted on paper only. CIF will not conduct any transactions from Feb. 13 to 16 but remains open to facilitate scheduling appointments for the following week and to answer questions. However, to assist with accuracy property and accountability after the transition, no transactions will take place. Exceptions may only be made in case of emergencies of short departures from the installation that cannot be pushed past Feb. 17. All CIF operations resume as usual on Feb. 17.
