U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart will conduct a full-scale exercise, known as the Stallion Shake, to ensure readiness across the garrison’s emergency functions, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., primarily on Robinson Barracks.
Stallion Shake has been previously held during the regular work week, but to prevent interruptions to normal operations and accommodate the community, this year’s exercise will be held on a Saturday.
Most of the exercise’s mock-emergency response will take place at Robinson Barracks. Residents should be prepared for delays when entering or exiting the installation. Some parts of Robinson Barracks may be less accessible than usual, including the area around the 300s, and there will be a significant presence of emergency personnel as well as loud noises.
Regular updates will be made on the My Army Post app and Facebook.
