Effective Aug. 18, 2025, the Kelley Barracks Army Post Office and the Robinson Barracks Army Post Office will no longer offer postal finance services (outgoing mail). Patch and Panzer locations will offer a full or modified finance service based on the availability of postal personnel.

Package and mail PICKUP at Postal Service Centers (PSC/CMR) is unaffected.

During modified finance service, customers must use a prepaid USPS label and customs form on the box and present their DOD ID to drop off a prepaid parcel or package. Prepaid parcels are parcels with postage that has been paid prior to being accepted by the Finance Postal Clerk. Some examples are prepaid USPS Click-n-Ship, Pirate Ship, and Shippo.

There will be no stamps or money orders sales at the Patch and Panzer APOs. Customers are encouraged to order stamps directly from USPS or purchase stamps/money orders from alternate sources, including AAFES for stamps and Community Bank or Service Credit Union for money orders.

We apologize for the inconvenience and continue to work diligently to restore full postal finance services at all locations as soon as possible during this hiring freeze.
