The ASPEN Consulting housing contract expired on Sept. 21, a new vendor, Military Homefinders of Stuttgart assumed management of a new contract effective Sept. 22.
The Housing Services Office contract provides assistance to authorized Military and Department of Defense civilian personnel in locating off post permanent accommodations when adequate government quarters are unavailable. Newly arriving personnel that are required to live off post may experience some interruptions in receiving appropriate off post housing services.It is possible that during the transition period of approximately three to four weeks, most off post services will be limited or unavailable until the new contractor has had time to get up to speed on procedures and personnel.
