Stuttgart Elementary School 5th grader, Sami Warner, volunteers regularly to save the frogs who attempt to cross “Frog Road” located between Panzer Kaserne and Patch Barracks. In only two hours, April 4, she saved 34 frogs and three salamanders.

Warner has joined dozens of other local Germans and American volunteers by returning the wayward frogs as they hop into the many sunken pails. The captured frogs and salamanders are eventually returned to the safety of their watery homes.

Drivers, please drive slowly as you drive though ‘Frog Road’!
