An Interactive Customer Evaluation, or ICE comment, could be a positive one about an employee or service function, or a negative experience the garrison should know about to correct, or a suggestion on improvements to make better services across the community installations we live and work.
USAG Stuttgart provides more than 240 services to community members on a daily basis ranging from family and youth programs, to fitness centers, to housing and vehicle services, all towards ensuring our community’s readiness, well-being, safety and shelter.
You can click on this link to submit an ICE comment. It’s an effective and efficient way for community members to give feedback entirely anonymously, or to request to receive direct responses within three business days from a corresponding point of contact. Every comment and suggestion is also read by the USAG Stuttgart command group.
ICE comments are used across the garrison to continuously improve services within the Stuttgart military community.
