Comics on Duty comedians Paul Ogata, Danny Villalpando, J.R. Brow and Tom Foss gave two free performances for U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart audiences Sept. 12 in the Patch Community Club as part of the That Guy campaign. That Guy is a Defense Department initiative aimed at reducing binge drinking among 18- to 24-year-old service members.
