The Kelley Commissary store manager advises the community aware that they are installing new freezers and the area outside the building shows obvious signs of construction. There are large cords and old freezers on the grounds while waiting to be removed.
Shoppers can still get their Halloween candy and groceries, as there is no disruption to customer service. Signs are posted and can retrieve frozen items from their storage area upon request. New freezers will be installed and the project will be completed by Oct. 31.
