The Stuttgart Golf Course is now officially 60 years old. The Stuttgart Golf Course, located at 975 Aldinger Strasse, Kornwestheim was designed and constructed by U.S. Army Engineers in 1956 and has been used by the Stuttgart military community continuously since its opening day in 1956.

In honor of this milestone, the golf course held an anniversary golf tournament and open house, May 14-15, designed to give all USAG Stuttgart community members a chance to come out and enjoy the beautiful and historic golf course.

Over 65 community members participated in the tournament, May 14. All participants received commemorative golf hats and shirts.  The winning teams also received gift certificates to be redeemed in the golf course pro shop.

Marco Spellacy, a Professional Golf Association of America member, provided free golf instructions to community members attending the open house May 15. All community members in attendance received a sixtieth anniversary commemorative golf hat and free finger food.

The USAG Stuttgart Golf Course is available for use by all Stuttgart military community ID card holders.
