According to DES, U.S. ID card holders will be able to sign in guests at all Stuttgart installations at the gate using a paper pass until 4 p.m. on Halloween, Oct. 31; signing in guests will resume once trick-or-treating concludes at 8 p.m.
The temporary stoppage of sign-ins is to minimize the people standing at the gate with all of the trick-or-treaters coming from off post.
