On President’s Day, Monday, Feb. 17, garrison workers will remove holiday lights near Patch Barracks’ main gate outbound lane. The work is being done on the U.S. federal holiday to mitigate the impact on traffic instead of a normal workday. The K&K gate will be open for outbound traffic during the time needed to complete the work.
