Voting is a fundamental right and should not be taken for granted. Personnel stationed overseas can still vote in city, county, state, or federal elections. Registration and obtaining ballots can be done by visiting the Federal Voting Assistance Program website at www.fvap.gov. Complete the registration online, print and sign the form, and email, fax or mail the form to the voting office of your permanent state of residency.

For more information about voting while stationed overseas, visit the Federal Voting Assistance Program or Department of Defense Voting Assistance page.
