Unstable internet connectivity is affecting both government systems and DBIDS terminals at the Kelley Barracks Visitor Center, so it is temporarily closed today, July 14.
All Kelley Barracks installation access and IACS business is being processed at the Panzer Kaserne IACS Office, Building 2915.
Gate guards have been instructed to direct all visitors requiring passes or DBIDS registration to Panzer Kaserne.
