The following may fix the issue for most experiencing authentication errors when making appointments for services such as vehicle inspection/registration or for ID cards:
Follow these directions below:
Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset Internet Explorer settings > Reset
– Restart computer
