Due to the rain during the past few days and the amount of rain forecast for the remainder of the week, USAG Stuttgart Family & Morale Welfare Recreation has decided to relocate the Dec. 7 Frosty Fest location from the Panzer parade field to the nearby Galaxy Bowling and Entertainment Center parking lot.
Because of this change in location, the Galaxy parking lot will need to be partially blocked off starting Tuesday, Dec. 4. The entire parking lot will be blocked off from Thursday, Dec. 6, through Saturday, Dec. 8. All of the activities slated, such as ice skating, curling, ice climbing and snow tubing for the Frosty Fest will take place 2–8 p.m. come rain or shine. The tree lighting ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. next to the USAG-Stuttgart headquarters building (Bldg. 4929).
