There will be a one-pass flyover of a single C-130 next week around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, as part of the dedication ceremony for a Cold War memorial on Kelley Barracks. Do not be alarmed. This flyover is arranged as part of the ceremony and is not a cause for concern.
